Our people know what it’s like to be on both sides of the fence – as both tenants and landlords – so we work hard to find the right occupants for each site, and then set up a leasing agreement that’s structured to suit both partners.

We’ve been in the property business for over 30 years

Noble Bardell was running the successful Three Brothers Building Centre based in Mount Wellington when the opportunity arose in 1985 to purchase the site on which the business operated. Noble saw the advantage in being his own landlord, and went on to buy the site next door for good measure.

As more properties were added over the next few decades, Noble brought his daughter Lisa on board to help run the leasing side of the operation. Leasesolutions.co.nz was launched in 2013 and has continued to develop its business as a landlord with a portfolio of Auckland commercial and industrial properties.

In 2017 Noble’s son Jason also joined the team as a director making it a total family business.
